Payment Disclaimer

Deposit and Remainder Payment: - A non-refundable (50%) deposit is required to confirm your custom design order. This deposit secures your place in the production schedule.

- The remainder of the payment is due upon completion of the design, prior to delivery or pick-up.

- Failure to make the remainder payment within the specified time may result in a delay or cancellation of your order.

We strive to replicate your requested design as closely as possible. Due to the custom nature of the work, slight variations in shape and color may occur due to the inherent properties of materials used. We do not guarantee an exact match, and designs are subject to artistic interpretation.
